Treacy’s wedding list
Elizabeth Street milliner Philip Treacy scored more than a hat-trick when he was asked to design an incredible 35 headpieces for guests at the royal wedding.
The daughters of Prince Andrew and the Duchess of York, Sarah Ferguson, both wore particularly daring designs to the nuptials of Prince William and Kate Middleton, which took place at Westminster Abbey on 29 April.
Princess Eugenie opted for a bright blue pillbox hat embellished with grey features, while her sister Princess Beatrice’s bold choice resembled a giant pink bow.
Victoria Beckham wore an elegant, midnight blue pillbox hat with crystal spikes, and her footballer husband David’s satin top hat was also designed by Treacy. Camilla Parker Bowles and Zara Phillips also opted for hats made by the Belgravia milliner.
