Now you can share her love of chocolate through professional tutored tastings, cooking demonstrations and lessons to learn her techniques and recipes.
Rococo’s Motcomb street store is offering a variety of sessions to tickle any taste bud and to pamper any lover’s sweet tooth. Chose from sessions to learn how to perfectly match your wine and your chocolate, learn how to make your own personalised edible Valentine’s Day card and heart shaped chocolates to match, for the dark chocolate lovers make your own dark chocolate bar and personalised wrapper. For the ultimate chocolate lover’s gift, join an organoleptic experience of blindfolded chocolate tasting to revolutionise your chocolate experience.
There’s even something for the kids, with Chocalligraphy sessions or they can make their own edible Valentines Cards.

Wine and Chocolate tasting
Length: 60 minutes; Minimum 5 people, maximum 12; Cost: £65pp
Our experienced Sommelier will pair some of our freshly made truffles with a selection of wine and give you an insight as to how these exquisite flavours complement each other. A unique experience to tickle the taste buds!

Make heart-shaped chocolates and edible Valentines Cards
Length: 60 minutes; Minimum 4 adults; maximum 6 adults; Cost: £60pp
Surprise your valentine with some heart-shaped treats and an edible Valentines Card or come along with them and enjoy making chocolates together! Our Chocolatier will teach you how to create heart-shaped chocolates from melted chocolate. Decorate them, add some colourful candies or crunchy nuts!

Make Your Own Valentines Chocolate Bar
Length: 60 minutes; Minimum 4 adults; maximum 6 adults; Cost: £60pp
Not sure what to give to your loved one this Valentine? Why not surprise them with a personalised dark chocolate bar? Or come together and show how much you care by making personalised chocolate bars for each other! Have fun mixing spices, nuts, dragees, even herbs. And while your bar sets you will design your own wrapper too.

The 5 Sense Experience: a blindfolded tasting for two

Hear the history of chocolate and feel the benefits of cocoa as we transport you to chocolate paradise! Have fun using all your senses (except sight!) and try to guess our unusual combinations of sweet and savoury, hot and cold…This organoleptic experience will revolutionise the way you see chocolate, without SEEING IT…

Make edible Valentines Cards (for kids)
Length: 45 minutes; Minimum 4 kids; maximum 6 kids; Cost: £15pp
Surprise your parents or favourite classmate with a handmade edible Valentines card! Our Chocolatier will teach you how to make a delicious chocolate card to impress your loved one. And don’t forget to eat it as a dessert on Valentine’s day!

Chocalligraphy (for kids)
Length: 15 minutes (please call 02072450993 to book your slot); Cost: £7pp
If you think of yourself as a budding Picasso then head down to Rococo Motcomb Street for a bit of chocalligraphy! Swap your ink pen for a chocolate-dipped paintbrush, let your creative juices flow and make your own edible piece of art! Draw a picture or write your name on edible paper, eat it there and then or take it home and be the envy of all your friends!
